Feedback on a member of our Intensive Family Support Team in Watford & Three Rivers

We would like to share this wonderful feedback received from a dad that Dion Lewis in our Watford & Three Rivers Team recently supported, which is a evidence of the importance of Father Inclusive Practice:-

“..... a young woman by the name of Dion Lewis arrived to meet my family of varying ages. She quickly laid my fears to rest with her understanding and eager ear. She always had a calmness throughout and a preparedness which quite frankly I was unprepared for.

The situation she had to manoeuvre around was challenging but she had her focus on all areas simultaneously and with all her effort. Always responding to me with information needed, additional support. She had her finger on the pulse of my family and not once did she let it slip. She worked closely with my 12 year old son who did need focus. Dion didn’t disappoint. He’s grown so much in that time and I think he probably left a lasting impression on them too.

I’ve found support I’ve not experienced previously and I will forever appreciate what she did during these months. I know she’s there with Family Services if I ever need anything in the future. Be it information or somewhere to talk.

Thank you Dion. You’re a credit and a blessing.”
