CHEXS Marketing and Communication Officer

Salary: £12,899 + 6% Pension Contribution (FTE £22,620)

Hours: 25 hours per a week working 9.30am to 2.30am.

Term Time (38 weeks per year)

(Applicants can also choose to work term time plus 2 - 4 weeks during school holidays) With the option to work hybrid, with 2-3 days required in the office per week.

Reports To: Growth and Communication Manager

CHEXS Deputy Family Support Lead

37.5 hours a week. Term time plus 4 weeks | £27,252 (FTE £29,000)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the CHEXS Family Support Team as Deputy Lead, focusing on enhancing family dynamics and supporting children’s development. This role involves empowering parents/carers to improve communication with their children, fostering better relationships, and aiding overall development. By collaborating with families, schools, and partner organisations, you will promote children's learning, development, and wellbeing while addressing barriers to learning and enhancing community wellbeing. Success in this role requires a compassionate approach to supporting families, promoting positive outcomes, and empowering children and young people to achieve their full potential.
