Reducing Parental Conflict - training audit
Hertfordshire County Council are funded by the Department of Work and Pensions to deliver training and resources to practitioners working with families to have the skills, confidence and resources to support parents where parental conflict has been identified to improve outcomes for children.
The Early Help Commissioning team will be evaluating the impact of reducing parental conflict training delivered across teams and partners to understand how many people have accessed training and how confident staff feel in using this training. This will support us to identify any training gaps and address any future commissioning needs.
