This one-hour webinar will introduce you to the new Young Carers offer in Hertfordshire, help you identify young carers in your service and advise what you can do to support them using the following tools:

Who is this training for?
Anyone who works with children and anyone who works with adults who have an illness, disability, a mental health problem or an alcohol or substance misuse problem, and have children, because the children may be young carers.
