Families First News

Welcome

Dear Partners,

Welcome to our latest edition of Families First News! It's that time of year again when we ask for your help in completing a survey on the Early Help System Guide. Please take a few moments to help us complete this very important assessment to inform future plans alongside the current Supporting Families outcomes framework. Find out more here.

We would also ask for your support in promoting a vacancy within our Supporting Families Practice Team who are currently recruiting for a Families First Co-ordinator (hertfordshire.gov.uk). The closing date is next Sunday, 9th June, please follow the link to find out more and share where appropriate.

Hertfordshire Directory

In our last edition we mentioned the importance of making sure your service is listed on the Hertfordshire Directory. To assist with this our web team have put together 3 short video clips which talks you through making a listing. Take a look and see how easy it is to list your service on Hertfordshire's number one directory! Using the Hertfordshire Directory - YouTube

Still time to book a space at our SEND early help events

The bookings for our summer Working Together in Early Help events are filling up fast, however there are still spaces available for the Stevenage and North Herts event on 12 June and the Broxbourne and East Herts event on 25 June. You can book you place here:- Families First - Working together in Early Help (hertfordshire.gov.uk)

Finally, don't forget to take a look through our Learning and Development articles to see what is available for you and your teams. Along with our local news pages.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Families First News and please encourage your teams to sign up to receive their own copy!

As always, please do let us have your comments and suggestions for what you would like included in future editions by emailing familiesfirst.support@hertfordshire.gov.uk.

Kind regards
