Young carers wellbeing event

Our Children's Services Participation team have organised a young carers event on 31^st July. It is open to all young carers age 8+. It is a wellbeing activity day, where there will be a range of wellbeing sessions, as well as some fun activities and the opportunity for young carers to meet others with a shared experience.

• Sessions will include: 
  Boxercise
  Art and creativity
  Wellbeing sessions
  Nutrition and healthy eating

For young carers in Hertfordshire, age 8 – 17
