Citizens Advice - Here to help at Christmas
We know Christmas can be a tricky time for many, especially this year. Whether it’s advice on employment, benefits, money, housing, relationships or access to foodbank or fuel vouchers – we’re here to help with free and confidential advice.
Please see the Citizens Advice leaflet with opening times and links.
CHEXS Christmas Craft Sessions
CHEXS haven't unfortunately been able to deliver their usual Christmas Craft sessions in schools this year, so their students have been getting crafty and have designed some imaginative craft at home Christmas decorations and created instruction videos, which CHEXS will be launching at the beginning of December on their 'CHEXS Official' You tube channel. Please see the poster below for further information.

Job Smart
With another set of High Street businesses going into administration, job losses are going to continue increasing both nationally and locally.
Please click here for a poster about the Job Smart employability programme, which is being delivered by the CVS across Broxbourne and East Herts. Face-to-face group sessions recommence next week in Waltham Cross and Wormley whilst there is also online support and e-learning videos.
Please help us promote this programme by whatever means you have; noticeboards, social media, newsletters as well as one-on-one with families you know who are in need of this support.
We will be devising some more publicity in the next few weeks as well as printing flyers for pick up in community locations.
